Irregular water bills have been an issue for years in DeKalb county, but animosity was on a whole new level at this water bill meeting. I started writing this at 9 PM and finished at 2 AM and was a little frazzled by the time I was finished.

Pippin is an app that three students from other universities and I created at the 3rd Annual Journalism School Hackathon sponsored by MediaShift. We created an app that would allow users to verify if a photo that was posted or published on the web was credited.
